1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Linkra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkra. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@linkra.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linkra to:

• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Engage in illegal activity under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting content you grant Linkra a limited licence to display it as part of the service. Linkra’s own branding, code, and design are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes before pursuing formal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email for material changes.
